What to expect on the day
High-energy workout (5:00–6:30 PM): Train with SQUATWOLF lead trainer Jason Grima in a power session that blends athletic drills, functional strength, and smart progressions. Come as you are, Jason will coach you through scalable options so you can push hard and move well.
Live DJ set: Award-winning DJ Sara G is on deck to match every interval with the right beat. Expect clean transitions, big energy, and a pace that keeps you locked in from warm-up to cooldown.
Pack connection: Meet coaches, athletes, and everyday grinders who train with purpose. Swap tips, set new goals, and make this your weekly ritual. The Fitness Hub is more than a spot on the beach, it’s a community with standards.
